BRIDGE AND RIVER WYE CELEBRATION SERVICE – on Sun 28th June at 3pm on Sellack side of the bridge, we will have this wonderful celebration – we have the Lydbrook Band – there will be some prayers and readings and a short word – a time to celebrate God’s creation together – Please try and be there and if each Church in the Benefice could agree to bring some finger food (let us know what you can provide) – drinks are sorted, but we do need volunteers to put up gazebo’s etc on the day, help with setting up etc. – there will also be as some representatives from local groups there. We will also be launching the StowCaple part of the Pilgrimage as open – the website page will be available on our website and the pilgrimage will be a work in progress that will link in with the Deanery pilgrimage that is being developed. But we want to start to move towards this being known as a Pilgrimage Trail.
ALPHA Course come and join us!!!– after recently finishing our alpha we hope to run another course– if you are interested email revlaurajane@gmail.com it will start at 7.30pm (1st one will be Wednesday’s 20th May at St Peter’s, Peterstow) and be for eight weeks (with a Holy Spirit Saturday as well on 13th June 10am –4pm) themes include, Who is Jesus? Why did Jesus die? Etc. The course is a safe place to ask questions and enjoy good food and make friends. All are welcome!
CHURCH PLAN DATES: At each church we will be putting together a Church Plan, these are to help us see where we are, and think about where we want to be – please make attending a priority as these plans will form where we go in the future – the meetings are aimed at the PCC’s and any member of the Church: we will keep to timings and all meeting will take place in the church. Dates already sorted are: How Caple Sat 23rd May 10am – 12noon; Peterstow Sat 16th May 10am – 12noon
KINGS CAPLE: Every 4th Sunday, “DROP INN” at Kings Caple Old School 3. – 4.30pm for Coffee, tea cake and chat. Also: is anyone interested in Bell Ringing ask if you are interested! And we are STILL looking for a Treasurer, if you can help would be appreciated!
Octavo Choir – on Sat 11th July 7pm at Kings Caple – £10pp (and £5 donation suggested for glass of wine or cider) pay on door (numbers would be useful let Marian or Phil know, contact details on poster below).
BRIDSTOW: Church coffee morning 1st Wednesday of the month at the Village Hall

Nicholas Morrow Brown, Classical Guitar recital, 2pm cost £10 and £5 under 18.
Then 3.30pm – 5pm Cream Teas and cakes, (priced per item) kids’ corner, raffle, have a go bell ringing, all welcome – raising funds for new church amenities
PETERSTOW: Coffee Mornings 10.30am at St Peter’s 1st and 3rd Monday each month 10.30am
HOW CAPLE: 1st TUESDAY of the month– ZIGGISAURUS’ in Church Playgroup 10 am – 12 noon. Lots of fun for everyone.
